You just got the app, now it's time to hit a workout! 


Each week has a training focus, which you'll see at the top of the screen when you start a new week. Tap to watch a video of the training focus for the week.

You'll always start at the top and work your way down. The exercises are in groups signified by "parts." You will start with Part 1 and work your way through the workout. 


Each exercise has a demo video, along with a coaching video to help you get the most out of each exercise. If you're not familiar with an exercise, be sure to watch the videos to make sure you're doing the exercise correctly.



After watching the videos, tap to view how to complete that part of the workout. 


Here you will see the rounds, reps, and rests to complete. After completing this part, record your results and add any notes for future reference.

Move onto Part 2, and so on, until you have completed the day's workout.



BONUS TIP: Watch the videos prior to working out!


If you're like us, we try to limit the amount of time we are on our phone during a workout. Watch the coaching videos the night before or even before you arrive to the gym. That way when you start your workout, you're ready to get the work done.
